Job Description

Community & Operations:

  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports of divisional performance, financial and service results. Ensure key real-time metrics are effectively presented and understood.
  • Coordinate internal and external events, especially for Eastern Labs
  • Manage the Eastern Labs social media presence.   Monitor and respond to public comments posted official social channels, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, in collaboration with the Customer Service Center; assist with social media campaigns, working closely with our colleagues in Marketing.
  • Represent the Technology Division at multiple corporate events throughout the year in various capacities, assisting where needed.
  • Represent Eastern Labs at external community events
  • Responsible for the successful administrative of on-boarding all new Technology Division employees. Lead a presentation to each new hire class that provides information on new staff member’s orientation on items such as vacation requests, payroll, facilities, etc.
  • Manage centralized on call schedule

•   Administrative support for Chief Information Officer, Chief Systems Officer, SVP Data & Development, SVP Digital Channels, Chief Digital Strategist
•      Compose correspondence for internal and external communication.
•      Coordinate meetings and schedules (room set-ups, catering orders)
•      Manage projects as assigned
•      Make travel arrangements and reconcile expense Reports.
•    Create, prepare, and review presentations and/or reports for staff and divisional meetings    
•   Maintain office environment, equipment and order supplies for Technology division

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Associate's degree with major course work in business administration, project analytics, accounting, finance, marketing, economics or a related field or equivalent training and experience and
  • 3+ years administrative experience supporting an executive
  • •       Must excel in high-paced, demanding environments
    •       Strong attention to detail.
    •       Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
    •       Use initiative and sound independent judgment within established guidelines.
    •       Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
    •       The ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as, performing tasks under pressure.
    •       Strong written and verbal communication skills, well organized, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    •       Strong attention to detail with thorough follow through, good analytical skills, and ability to work both independently and as a team member.
    •       Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint and Microsoft Project are required.
