The Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for managing and administering Accounting systems including, but not limited to, Oracle ERP Cloud, SEC reporting software, Frontier and FNS. This will include project management, implementing, maintaining and enhancing of the systems.  Oracle ERP Cloud includes the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expenses and Fixed Assets.  The Senior Business Systems Analyst will act as liaison between the business line, technology and vendors.  The Analyst is responsible for understanding accounting requirements, processes and procedures.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage Accounting Systems:
•Provide support to system users in terms of answering questions, clarifying requirements, and resolving issues as they arise.
•Liaison between the business, vendors and technology to track and report system issues.
•Oversee the implementation and/or upgrade of Accounting Department software solutions.
•Work with the Accounting Department employees to ensure software is configured for optimal process efficiencies; Recommend improvements and efficiencies to the workflow and processes.
•Oversee the quarterly Oracle Fusion patch testing performed by service provider (including non-quarter end patches).
•Maintain a roadmap for software future enhancements and develop implementation plans as necessary.
•Create new and maintain existing custom reports (Oracle BI, FRS, OTBI and BIC) to support the business needs.
•Work with Technology to maintain existing and develop new interfaces as necessary.
•Facilitate new user/change management forms.

Compliance:
•Perform periodic user rights reviews as required.
•Respond to software system CUECs in SOC Reports.

Training: 
•Provide training to new users and update Guide-cards as needed.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience 
•Bachelor's degree or 6-8 years of equivalent job related experience.
•Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud.
•Experience with Microsoft Office Applications.

Skills/Knowledge 
•Strong analytical, troubleshooting and technical skills including database skills.
•Ability to effectively lead and work with individuals and groups at various levels in the organization.
•Excellent organizational skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
