The Regulatory Reporting Analyst is responsible for the preparation of all FDIC/Federal Reserve Bank regulatory reports including, but not limited to, the Call Report, FR Y-9, FR 2900, FR 2644, FR Y-12 and internal management reports as required.  Administers and directs all steps, including staff supervision, necessary to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. This position will work closely with the Company’s internal auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Company policies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Prepare FDIC/Federal Reserve Bank regulatory reports including, but not limited to, the Call Report, FR Y-9, FR 2900, FR 2644, FR Y-12 and internal management reports as required:
•Ensure compliance with banking regulation disclosure requirements.
•Maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
•Perform fluctuation analysis and other month-end/year-end activities as needed.
•Prepare month-end entries associated with the Company’s tax credit investments including consolidated variable interest entities.

Support the annual audit and quarterly review activities with external auditors.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience 
•Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.

Skills/Knowledge 
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong documentation and organizational skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
•Familiarity with accounting software packages such as Oracle Financials.
•Detailed oriented and task driven.
