Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:    

•Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate departments, switchboard, etc.
•Manage mail delivery and distribution
•Manage conference room scheduling and upkeep
•Monitor and order supplies for office and kitchen 
•Serve as liaison between Eastern Bank and vendors
•Track and process vendor invoices
•Manage and update contact list for employees located at 265 Franklin Street
•Serve as secure contact point for telecom/IT for service repair (Verizon, etc.)
•Submit and track work orders (e.g. light replacements, lights, keys, office repairs, etc.) 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

•High School diploma or equivalent

•One-to-two years of receptionist experience preferred
•Basic business acumen and professionalism is a must
•Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical
•Ability to build relationships and strong alliances across the organization
