In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
 
  • Perform data entry and balancing on over the counter work processed throughout the day
  • Assist with all aspects Optima Electronic Clearing (OEC) which may include:
  • Pulling cash letter files
  • Building cash letter files
  • Inputting cash letter information into the database
  • Assist with duplicate code line review
  • Assist with the organization of incoming work area to assure the proper validation, logging and storage of the daily branch work. Notify management of missing or delayed branch work.
  • Assists preparation of Teller adjustments including printing adjustment backup and attaching back up to the Teller/Dept. Enter teller adjustments into Teller database.
  • Assist with the Image Branch Support line, by answering questions from branch staff or gathering information that can be relayed to leads or supervisors for resolution
  • Completes annual and mandatory compliance training
  • Assists management with other duties as assigned.
  • Incumbent must be able to work the following schedule:
    • Monday - Friday 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
