In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
• Serves as first line response for incoming internal customer calls
• Accurately and expediently answers inquiries from internal customers on all types of new and existing products and services, drawing on a detailed knowledge base of Bank Operation's services, policies, and procedures.
• Efficiently performs routine follow-up work and initiates requests for detailed follow-up work.
• Relies on excellent verbal and written communication skills to fulfill internal customer requests and to ensure ultimate external customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring the continuity of superior service levels.
• Creating a common method of access to back operations resources.
• Assures all incoming calls are logged and dealt with immediately or referred to the appropriate support person.
• Incumbent must be able to work the following schedule:
• Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with Rotating Saturdays

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred
• Bank Operations experience required
• Basic Microcomputer service experience required
• Basic Microsoft Office support knowledge required
• Database applications knowledge
