Job Description

1. Designs, implements, and oversees configuration standards for effective deployment, use and reporting. Maintain standards for effective platform administrative practices.
2. Manage staffing resources appropriately based on volumes and project requirements. Ensure team responsibilities account for business analysis, deployment and system administration
3. Provide technical leadership and expertise in end to end process workflow strategies across the organization. Monitor and upkeep specific platform version upgrades, patches, and infrastructure requirements.
4. Ensure quality delivery of enterprise solutions by using proven project methodologies and sound deployment practices. Evaluate internal processes and design solutions to improve operational efficiencies.
5. Provides day to day support to business lines providing knowledge and expertise on the appropriate processes and controls for an effective operational and transactional flow.
6. Builds cross functional relationships enterprise-wide, partnering with Operations and Technology, to acquire detailed knowledge of designs, function and effectiveness of systems in order to analyze and develop effective processes leading to new strategies.
7. Maintain Department budget is alignment with Corporate strategies.

The Business Service Solutions Manager must have ability to analyze process and end to end workflow, as well as product and transaction requirements to evaluate data and transaction accuracy, integrity, and expectations. Ensures platform configuration and user acceptance testing standards are consistently followed.

4. REQUIREMENTS: (Describe the typical minimum requirements to perform the job.)

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree or relevant professional designation preferred.
• 7+ years of combined operational and technical experience gained from working in financial services industry.
• Experience in project management and enterprise platform workflow configuration and deployment.
